Oblique & Bunny X – Thing For You

New York’s synthwave queens Bunny X complete a stellar run of collaborations with this new release with Spain’s Oblique. That run has included perfectly crafted pop match ups with Mondmann, Bino Biscotti and Zak Vortex amongst others. Not to forget the classy castlist on their own remix album including THAT piece of magic with Ricky and Kim Wilde (not tired of that one just yet!). The now trademark soft and romantic pastel hues we associate with Bunny X are evident alongside a slightly wonky synth sound which gives the track a bit of edge. It seems this one might have to last us as the ladies get their heads down to finish work on their new album which we are sure looking forward to in 2023. For now we send love and thanks to Abigail and Mary for being the soundtrack to much of our year. Teases and Dares sure has a thing for you Bunny X!!
