We have very much enjoyed witnessing Mandy Moore’s musical evolution over the years. There’s a new subtle plot twist based upon hearing the stunning new single ‘In Real Life’. Soft synths, lush production and grand orchestration are what’s on offer here, with a little less lady of the canyon and a bit more 80s power ballad FM radio. It’s a real tug at the heart strings lyrically, seemingly describing the journey towards parenthood. Vocals as ever are on point and crystalline clear. An album of the same name will be with us in May.
