L’Avenue – Midnight Chase

The next L’Avenue musical (and visual) era is always something to be excited about. There’s a subtle evolution in his sound going on for new single ‘Midnight Chase’. Dare we say there is a whiff of Italo and a smidgen of disco amidst the nocturnal dark synth textures. If both were still with us, it wouldn’t be beyond the realms of possibility to imagine either Michael Jackson (there’s a bit of ‘Thriller’ happening here) or Donna Summer to emerge from the shadows and deliver a knockout vocal on this.
