Lou Hayter – Time Out Of Mind (Ashley Beedle’s No’ West Short Cut)
You’ve been living under a rock if you haven’t twigged by now how much love we have for Lou Hayter’s ‘Private Sunshine’ record. She continues to spoil us with only the best in terms of remix action. Ashley Beedle’s remix set for ‘Time Out Of Mind’ adds brassy, sunny vibes and some electro synth squelch too – the build is quite stunning – even on the Short Cut.
Sheila – Law Of Attraction (Sky Adams Remix)
Sheila’s ‘Venue d’ailleurs’ album from earlier in the year contained one of the best disco pop tunes of the year in ‘Law Of Attraction’. That tune has been majorly housed up via the Sky Adams Remix which positively explodes. An extensive bonus and remix package for the album follows shortly.
Agnes – 24 Hours (Andrelli Remix)
Agnes’ ’24 Hours’ is going to feature very high on best pop tunes of the year lists come December. In original form the song bops very hard but Andrelli has given it a piano heavy house work up of epic proportions to make it pop off even further.
