Ane Brun – Crumbs (The Small Crowd Remix)

A big shout out to Ian Usher for prompting us to listen to this one. Not that we needed much persuading having been fans of Ane for some time – especially her ‘It Starts With One’ album. The Small Crowd’s remix of ‘Crumbs’ is really rather epic. Sinister synths ebb and flow but never detract from Ane’s stark and cinematic voice. The production veers from Fever Ray darkness to Cerrone and Moroder Italo throb. A wonderful way to spend 7 minutes.
