Debbie Gibson – Strings/Runway

The legend that is Debbie Gibson just released her new album ‘The Body Remembers’. What started off life as a dance EP morphed into a full album with those bangers in tact but a smattering of gorgeous slowies added too. ‘Strings’ is our fave Deb ballad since ‘Losin’ Myself’. ‘Runway’ has a funky and tight strut to it that we don’t recall on a previous DG album. The whole collection is supreme and a classy affair all round. As ever the songwriting is top notch and on the dance tracks Debbie shows she can more that cut it with the disco divas of 2021.
