An email dropped through our virtual letterbox this morning from the iconic Johan Agebjörn. It reminded us that it has been 10 years (as of tomorrow) that ‘Watch The World Go By’ was released into the world. To celebrate, the Swedish psychologist and part time magical music maker has brought all of the remixes for the track together on one Bandcamp release (including an unreleased instrumental). You may know him best as one of half of the legendary Sally Shapiro project, who have made some of the finest Italo/Scandi dreamy synthpop EVER. When you dig around Johan’s page on iTunes you release he has worked with some of our most adored artists such as Lindstrom, Annie, Queen Of Hearts and Samantha Fox! We’ve chosen the Teen Daze Remix as our fave from the collection and have sought out a CD copy of the ‘Casablanca Nights’ album where the original version of the single comes from – worth it alone for the gorge artwork.
