After waking up to snowfall this morning it seems a good time to land our third instalment of festive newbies for the holiday season 2020.
First up we have Misty Mtn’s stunning ‘These Lights’ – imagine London Grammar doing a Christmas song but with incredible harmony vocals. This is a moody little delight.
Then we have a track from the legendary Tori Amos. It’s the title track from her new four track seasonal EP ‘Christmastide’ and it’s a warm, piano ballad – just as you would wish. From her classic ‘Little Earthquakes’ album we already have ‘Winter’ on our Teases & Dares Christmas playlist – I mean what a tune. I feel like I can almost summons snowfall just from listening to that one.
Finally we inject some pop fun into proceedings with Nova Miller’s 2nd Christmas tune this year – the boppy ‘Only When It Snows’.
