Peppermint Heaven – New York City Nights (Mark Lower Radio/Extended Remixes)

Wouldn’t be the weekend without some quality disco here at T&D. 2020 is the year we became fans of Mark Lower’s remix work and he’s excelled himself with the funktastic mixes for Peppermint Heaven’s ‘New York City Nights’ – managing to merge both a nightclub vibe with occasional poolside touches (is it just us or is there like a nanosecond of Chris Rea’s ‘On The Beach’ in that flicker of guitar?). The extended version has a slick intro whereas the radio mix cuts straight to the chase with no warm up! We’ve included both for your listening pleasure. Can we add that we want to live in that artwork. I mean just LOOK AT THAT.
