FM-84 – Maverick

The title alludes to this being a musical love letter to the movie Top Gun. If you are a lover of clean, crisp synth lines then this instrumental from synthwave legend FM-84 will rather float your boat (or fly your plane as it were – Top Gun and all that….I know, I’ll show myself out). The artist has revealed that this one has been sat on the hard drive for a while and we are so pleased it’s now out in the world along with some demos from circa the ‘Atlas’ era and an unreleased pre-FM-84 track from 2011 too. Ripping guitar solo from Ryan Leslie worth a mention too.
