Chanel’s Sound Director Michel Gaubert chose Planningtorock to provide the music for the fashion house’s Autumn/Winter show earlier this year. Those songs are now becoming available for all to enjoy. Planningtorock was chosen because the show was inspired by French cinema from from the 70s and 80s. We certainly hear some early 80s synthpop on this one. The track ends way too soon – but don’t panic, the full release coming on 22 July will have Maxi (now there’s an 80s reference) versions for each of the three tracks so you can get your catwalk strut on for longer.
