Henry Green – Idle (featuring Ghostly Kisses)

3 Jul

Henry Green makes music which perfectly fills those times and spaces where everything is quiet – ideally between 1 and 5am. It’s music for insomniacs or those who enjoy the first hint of dawn. It’s truly the most chilled and beautiful brand of electronica. We have used Henry’s debut album ‘Shift’ as our go to record when we need to be taken somewhere idyllic and peaceful. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t sharp edges or deeper emotions on display. It’s really about the feel and the sound.

Henry’s second record ‘Half Light’ (maybe we are on the money for our suggestion of when this record is best served) is out today and it’s another work of breathtakingly tranquil electronica. A mood record if ever we heard one – the best in class since Emma-Louise cult classic ‘Vs Head Vs Heart’.

Here’s ‘Idle’ with featured vocals from Ghostly Kisses.
