We knew when the artwork (see Soundcloud) for this one was previewed earlier in the week that we were going to adore the track. We wonder if Owl Eyes is a fan of our all time favourite movie (Lost In Translation) because ‘Tokyo’ seems like a love letter to that piece of stunning cinema. It’s a dreamy, melancholic slo-jam but something tells us some banging remixes may well follow in the future.
