Sam has been teasing new music for a few weeks now, including a very exciting collaboration with Tove Lo. He gets his sophomore season off to a flier with not one but two scorching new tracks. Both owe a debt to the 80s but in very contrasting ways. ‘Missing You’ is full on new wave synths put to the most walloping dance beats. Meanwhile slow dance classic ‘Tender Love’ by the Force MDs is morphed into an Eric Prydz-esque workout banger (hints of Empire Of The Sun too). We need to see this chap live as we suspect it’s quite the party. Loving the use of tennis in the visuals too!
