Jess Chalker – Stupid Trick

‘Hemispheres’ is the debut album from Jess Chalker and it is finally available for your listening pleasure. We’ve been keeping an eye on Jess for a while after the early singles really impressed us – see’ Dance In The Rain’ and the sublime’ West Hollywood’. The whole record is full of quality grown up indie pop with synth touches (think Natalie Imbruglia, Heather Nova and Ainslie Wills). Latest single ‘Stupid Trick’ gives you a good idea of what to expect and there’s a fun video with lots of London scenery to enjoy as the backdrop. ‘Hemispheres’ is available in physical form with a gorge purple vinyl and also a CD via Jess’s Bandcamp.
